This project documents an ongoing summer transformation of an Airbnb property’s exterior grounds, turning an overgrown and patchy yard into a clean, inviting, and low‑maintenance space for weekend guests. Each photo you’ll see reflects a different phase of the work: from clearing brush and planting grass seed to rolling down straw matting for erosion control, spreading mulch, adding gravel pathways, and doing final raking and clean‑up. The goal every week is to make the property look better than it did the weekend before, so guests arrive to a space that feels fresh, cared‑for, and ready for their stay.
