We started this project back in late November 2025, and it’s been a full transformation from the ground up. The first step was busting out all the old concrete, leveling out the sand base, and laying down a vapor barrier. Heated floors were installed next, and then we poured fresh concrete through the whole space. From there, we’ve been putting in new windows and doors, adding exterior furring, and taking care of all the framing work as the build comes together. It’s been a big job with a lot of moving parts, but seeing the progress each week has been really rewarding.
